Hi, my name is Marleigh. I am a one-year-old, gorgeous, black bullseye tabby. My color and coat pattern is not very common. I absolutely love other cats, and I am the best babysitter for younger kittens. I am very patient and motherly. I didn’t have the most loving and nurturing kittenhood. This makes me shy around new people, but I so want to be loved. My foster home was extremely loving and they did bring me out of my shell. I stopped hiding and wanted to be part of the family. All of my foster brothers and sisters also helped me to be more outgoing. I love pets and to be with you, but I’m still afraid to be picked up. I do enjoy climbing cat trees, and especially love all types of wand toys to try and catch. I would love to be your couch/bed buddy – I just need the right person or family to be patient and shower me with love. I would do best in a home that is on the quieter side, with children over 12 and a cat buddy to keep me company when we are alone. If you think I may just be the cat you are looking for, please take me home! I have not met dogs.

Hi, my name is Baby Blue. I am a 2-year-old, male, black and white cat. I was found outside living in a feral colony, but I am WAY too nice to live outside. I LOVE attention and can’t get enough of it! I want to be in your lap and be petted constantly. I also love other cats and would love a home with another confident cat. If you want a snuggle buddy, I’m your guy! I haven’t been introduced to dogs or to small children yet. 

Hello, my name is Linen! I am a 9-month-old, male, black kitty who was caught in a trap, neuter, and release (TNR) operation outside a Burger King in Mar-Mac, North Carolina. The TNR folks realized that my sister, Suede, and I were too friendly to go back to the outdoor life! (On my original paperwork, my first name was listed as Lil Smoky and my last name as Burger King, so I started my indoor life as Lil Smoky Burger King!) After bouncing around a few rescues, I ended up in Virginia with Purring Hearts VA. I am the kind of sweet-as-sugar feline that people describe as being more doglike than catlike. All I want is to crawl into people’s laps and purr – though, I wouldn’t mind a good play session with a wand toy every day! With my handsome gray coat and green eyes, I’m the complete package. I am very social and will need a dog or kitty friend (either is fine). I haven’t met children, but I bet I would adore them the same way I adore most people! ADOPTED!

I adore playing with her, tumbling across the floor in a blur of whiskers and tiny paws! Every wrestling match ends with a proud little strut, as if I’ve won the championship of the living room. I’m learning the art of “soft paws” well, carefully practicing gentle taps — although, sometimes excitement gets the better of me. Mealtime is my love language. The rustle of a food bag turns me into a focused little foodie! I’m equal parts protector, rascal, and cuddlebug — and just enough mischief to keep life delightfully interesting. I am bonded with my sister, Navajo, and we MUST be adopted together! We both get along well with adult cats and children. We haven’t been introduced to dogs yet.

I’ll nestle in, my gentle purr warming your leg with its vibrations. I’m a pocket-sized bundle of joy who turns ordinary mornings and busy afternoons into something quietly magical! I am bonded with my brother, Apache, and we MUST be adopted together! We have both done well with adult cats and with children. We haven’t met dogs yet.

I’m not a fan of being picked up, but I’ll happily curl up next to you on the couch for cozy cuddles. I love playing with my foster sister, Raven Ivy, and I go wild for toys that make noise! When I don’t know where I am, I cry for Raven Ivy and she will come and help me. So, we MUST be adopted together – I need her. I am good with other cats and with dogs.
